Welcome to The Spirit Beacon. By using this website, booking a service, or participating in a reading with Francesca Concetta, you agree to the following terms.
Services
The Spirit Beacon provides mediumship and spiritual services intended to offer connection, comfort, personal reflection, and spiritual insight.
Mediumship is subjective by nature. Specific spirits, messages, information, experiences, or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
Appointments & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve an appointment.
Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. One reschedule is permitted without penalty when at least 12 hours’ notice is provided.
Cancellations made with at least 12 hours’ notice will be refunded to the original payment method. Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice and missed appointments/no-shows are non-refundable.
If Francesca is unable to establish a meaningful connection during a mediumship reading, your payment will be refunded.
Virtual Readings
Unless otherwise stated, individual readings are conducted virtually. Clients are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and a private environment appropriate for the session.
Age Requirement
Clients must be 18 years of age or older to participate independently.
Anyone under 18 may receive a reading only with the confirmed consent of a parent or legal guardian before the reading begins. The Spirit Beacon may contact the parent or legal guardian to confirm consent.
Professional Disclaimer
Services provided by The Spirit Beacon are spiritual in nature and are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or other professional services.
Information shared during a reading should not be used as a substitute for advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services from an appropriately qualified professional.
Clients remain responsible for their own decisions, actions, and well-being.
No Guarantee of Results
Every reading is different. The Spirit Beacon does not guarantee that a particular person will come through, that particular information will be received, or that a reading will produce a specific result.
Francesca will share what she receives as clearly and honestly as possible and will not knowingly fabricate or embellish a connection.
Respectful Conduct
The Spirit Beacon is committed to providing a respectful, compassionate, and judgment-free environment.
The Spirit Beacon reserves the right to end or decline a session when there is threatening, abusive, harassing, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior. Refund eligibility in these circumstances will be determined based on the circumstances.
Intellectual Property
The Spirit Beacon name, branding, website content, written materials, graphics, and other original content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without permission.
